YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for an Industrial & Project Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of manufacturing engineering to join our 13-strong team and support us in our future projects. In your role, you will be involved in the technical and organisational/economic development and optimisation of company processes in the field of production. Your responsibilities will also include the following:

• You will be involved in the management and implementation of process optimisations along the entire value stream.
• You will accompany assembly projects through to series production
• The definition and implementation of lean production system principles and methods will also fall within your area of responsibility
• You will be involved in the establishment and introduction of process standards
• You will carry out feasibility studies for the manufacturability of new products with a focus on costs and quality
• The design, planning and implementation of workplace systems will also be part of your responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar field, preferably with a focus on production engineering, or you have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience in a related field. With initial professional experience, you have practical knowledge and previous experience in project management. In addition, you have the following:

• You recognise problems and know how to solve them
• You are highly motivated to learn and perform well and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics
• Resilience, reliability and analytical thinking are among your strengths
• You have a talent for organisation and your working style is always structured and solution-oriented
• You are an absolute team player and a good communicator, and you are also willing to take on the role of ‘spokesperson’ for your team
• You are proficient in the use of common MS Office products and SAP
• You also have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
