IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie führen die Instandhaltung, Wartung und Reparatur des im Betrieb befindlichen Equipments wie Pumpen, Rührbehälter und Extrusionsanlagen durch.
Sie übernehmen handwerkliche Tätigkeiten wie das Zerlegen von Rohrleitungen, Armaturen, Pumpen und Spezialapparaten.
Sie arbeiten sicher mit Gleitringdichtungen, Stopfbuchspackungen und Getrieben und sind in der Lage, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu verstehen.
Sie führen regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten gemäß den Wartungs- und Inspektionsplänen durch, beispielsweise das Schmieren, Messen und Nachfüllen von Ölen.
Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung innerbetrieblicher Prozesse mit, insbesondere bei der Gestaltung von Wartungsplänen und der Nutzung von Instandhaltungssoftware.
Sie verwalten das Lager eigenständig und koordinieren die Lagerhaltung.
Sie analysieren Störungen, identifizieren Fehlerursachen und beheben diese eigenständig.
Sie koordinieren Fremdfirmen und arbeiten eng im Team zusammen.
Sie übernehmen Bereitschaftsdienste und sind bereit, auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten.

IHR PROFIL

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Metallbauer (m/w/d).
Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung und Wartung technischer Anlagen.
Sie arbeiten sicher nach technischen Zeichnungen und verstehen komplexe mechanische Zusammenhänge.
Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der chemischen Industrie sowie im Umgang mit Anlagen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen (EX 1 und 2) mit.
Sie verfügen über solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
