Responsibilities Building a community through brand-building and acquisition activities, as well as supporting and developing the existing community of brand partners. Build brand awareness through social media and digital content, creating and promoting engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) Identifying and developing partnerships to acquire new new customers & communities Translating and adapting relevant materials for the German & Austrian markets Bringing innovations to attract younger audiences & new communities

Qualifications Must be fully fluent in German and English; can be based anywhere in Europe At least 1 year of relevant work experience Active user of TikTok / Instagram; strong understanding of digital platforms Passion for beauty, coaching, & community building Must be flexible to work evenings & some weekends for events, lives, etc.
