As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by executing and scaling high-performing creator partnerships across the DACH market. You will own campaigns end-to-end—ensuring influencer collaborations generate qualified traffic, measurable conversions, and scalable paid assets. Influencer marketing is a core growth engine for us—and you will play a key role in strengthening it.

What You’ll Do

Own influencer campaigns for the DACH region from sourcing and outreach to reporting and optimization, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Recruit, evaluate, negotiate, and manage creators across tiers (micro to macro), building long-term partnerships aligned with performance objectives.
Secure usage rights, whitelisting permissions, and amplification terms; coordinate contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
Ensure all creator content meets briefing, brand, and legal standards and is fully prepared for paid amplification (Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, etc.).
Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, assisted revenue, asset efficiency) and collaborate with Performance, Creative, and Country teams to continuously improve cost efficiency and asset scalability.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media within a performance-oriented environment.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing creator contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting agreements.
Clear understanding of how influencer content drives conversions across the marketing funnel.
High organizational standards with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
Native-level German and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
