Influencer Marketing Team Lead

The Role Red X Talent is currently seeking a Senior Talent Agent/Team Lead to lead the launch and growth of our Berlin office.

This role is ideal for an experienced industry professional with a strong background in influencer marketing, talent representation, and brand partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and leading our European operations while working closely with our global leadership team.

The position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Red X Talent is headquartered in Los Angeles, with international operations across London, Hanoi, and Toronto, and we are currently expanding our presence in Europe with the opening of our Berlin office.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and growth of Red X Talent’s Berlin office Build and manage a local team of Talent Agents and Talent Coordinators Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creators Identify and secure high-value brand partnerships Source and sign high-performing digital creators and influencers Oversee campaign negotiations, talent representation, and partnership agreements Develop strategic growth opportunities within the European market Collaborate closely with the global leadership team across Los Angeles, London, and Asia Monitor industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape

Required Experience 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, digital marketing, or entertainment representation Proven experience managing brand partnerships and creator campaigns Existing network of brands, influencers, and agencies Previous leadership or team management experience preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) German language skills are a plus but not required Must be eligible to work in the European Union

Location This position is based in Berlin, Germany. You will be required to work in our office in Central Berlin. The exact office location will be announced shortly.
