Information Security / ISMS Specialist (m/f/d) with a Path to ISB

We are seeking, as soon as possible, a Information Security / ISMS Specialist (m/f/d) with a view to ISB for our Service Center in Leipzig or Neu-Isenburg (full-time, 36 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on the establishment and further development of the ISMS
• Creating, maintaining, and further developing security policies, processes, templates, and other ISMS documentation
• Independently conducting risk analyses, determining protection requirements, and tracking measures
• Preparing for and supporting audits, internal coordination, and awareness-raising initiatives, with the prospect of assuming further responsibilities

Qualifications

• IT-related vocational training with several years of professional experience in information security, ISMS, and ISO 27001
• Strong ability to systematically develop and maintain policies, processes, and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills with IT, business units, and management
• High sense of responsibility, sound judgment, and potential for growth to eventually assume the ISB role
• German language skills at the C2 level
