Are you looking to join a dynamic team of engineering and IT specialists in a site‑critical coordination role? We’re working with a major German technology group known for its high‑performance R&D, and they are looking for an IT Coordinator to lead their local operations.

This global technology powerhouse is a titan of innovation, investing heavily in site‑specific infrastructure to support its complex engineering workflows across Germany.

In this role, you will lead the coordination of local IT support for a team of four, serving as the primary technical authority for site‑specific projects. You will act as a key technical liaison, driving demand steering with the local Managing Director and aligning IT requirements with the corporate Headquarters in Munich. From managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes and office infrastructure relocations to ensuring development teams remain compliant with central IT policies, you will be the bridge between high‑level service management and physical client support.

This is a 12‑month AuG contract position (with 24‑month potential), based fully on‑site in Kiel.

Salary is €60,000 – €80,000 depending on experience level.

I am looking to speak with IT Coordinators who possess:

• Academic degree or vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker).
• Proven Coordination Skills: Experience directing small teams and steering service demands.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience with Windows hardware and solid Network knowledge.
• Project Management: Practical experience delivering site‑specific IT projects and office moves.
• Process Driven: Deep focus on ITSM functions and central service desk alignment.
• Language: Negotiation‑level German is essential, with English proficiency.
