Information Technology System Network Administrator

On behalf of our client — a well-established industrial manufacturing company with a long-standing presence in the market — we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator to join their internal IT team.

At this stage of the company’s development, the role is critical for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure across multiple production sites. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on administration skills with a structured, quality‑driven mindset and the ability to translate operational requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure with a focus on:
• Network, server, and client environments
• Telecommunications systems
• User and access management
• Ensuring high availability, data protection, and IT security standards
• Administration of client, server, and network systems in a Microsoft‑based environment
• Active participation in the development and implementation of IT concepts supporting business operations
• First‑ and second‑level user support for hardware and software issues
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to continuously improve IT processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of professional experience in IT administration, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of common network protocols and technologies, including:
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/S, RDP, SMTP
• WLAN, VLAN
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft systems:
• Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft Office
• Hands‑on experience with Sophos and Lancom products
• Independent, structured working style with a high level of quality awareness
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and quick comprehension
• Valid driving license (Category B)

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications
• English language skills (spoken and written)
