Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our internal IT infrastructure team. This role requires a strong technical understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, with a focus on secure operations and service reliability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people leadership skills and foster a positive working culture aligned with our people-first values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team
• Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure operations across cloud and hybridenvironments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services including Azure, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports business needs and performance requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This role can be fully remote within Portugal, however being able to attend some meetings in our Lisbon office would be a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on cloud technologies (Azure).
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, identity management, and security principles.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, Active Directory, and networking.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and project management methodologies.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification
