These challenges await you

• You will be responsible for the support, further development, and rollout of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape (Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals)
• You will advise and support our HR departments in processes related to SuccessFactors.
• You will collect requirements from the HR department, manage them, and develop concepts and solutions for implementation and optimization.
• You will implement requirements in Customizing, accompany the implementation, and ensure integration between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and external systems.
• You manage external service providers and coordinate projects in the HR IT environment.
• You conduct training courses and create user-friendly documentation.
• You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and accompany system updates.

How you can inspire us

• Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Employee Central module
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or experience in human resources is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of HR processes and their digital mapping
• Experience in project work and dealing with various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and team spirit
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
