Inhouse Electrochemical Plating (Equipment) Expert (m/f/d)

For a growing semiconductor company we are looking for an

Inhouse Electrochemical Plating (Equipment) Expert (m/f/d) in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW):

(40h/week, full-time, permanent role, direct recruitment)

• Act as product owner for Plating equipment (tool planning and installation)
• Define needs and lead equipment selection and supplier interaction
• Drive tool installation and ramp-up
• Implement maintenance programs

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor (fab) industry
• Experience with plating equipment (installation, maintenance, etc.)
• Process knowledge regarding electrochemical deposition
