The KI Park e.V. networks players and initiatives in the future fields of artificial intelligence - nationally and at European level. The mission of the KI Park is to bring AI technologies into application, for a leading position in key artificial intelligence technologies, a strong centre of innovation and a high social impact. Together in the KI Park, we are tackling the issues that need to be radically accelerated today for AI tech leadership "made in Germany & Europe" in order to lead the field in the second half of the 20s.

You will actively shape the collaboration with our members and partners in the AI Park. You will be responsible for the organisation and implementation of expert committees and workshops, drive innovative projects and thus strengthen the added value for our members in the ecosystem. Your tasks include:

• Designing and organising specialist committees (expert panels);
• Preparation and organisation of onboarding workshops for new members;
• Building and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships;
• Conception and realisation of workshops on AI applications and technology management;
• Realisation of innovative projects with the members of the AI Park and the AI scene;
• Support in the organisation of AI events in Berlin, Germany and Europe;
• Support in the further development of the KI Park offering.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a degree that prepares you for the tasks above.
• You have a solid basic understanding of AI technology, innovation processes and technology management.
• You support the mission of the AI Park.
• You like to listen, are open and curious about how you can solve problems for others.
• You work well in a team, are organised and communicate proactively.
• You are perceptive and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
• You have initial experience in the tech environment, project management and workshop moderation.
• You live in Berlin or have the opportunity to take part in on-site events several times a month.
• You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Programming or data science skills are NOT required.
