Main Responsibilities

  • Unlock new sales opportunities through inbound lead tracking and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Forward qualified opportunities to responsible sales staff for further development and completion, and coordinate the flow of information until the end of a project
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research customers, identify key people and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database with potential customers in your assigned area
  • Work with distribution partners to build pipelines and close deals
  • Implement effective advice on the product portfolio
  • Cooperate with regional sales teams and key accounts
  • Support and distribute additional sales impulses with existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal sales and/or call-out, ideally, but not necessarily in the IT environment
  • Track record of exceeding quota if possible
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls a day
  • Familiarity with productivity in the company
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time effectively
