Inside Sales Representative (f/m/d) role at MOLABO GmbH

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Make outbound calls/emails to selected potential customers and generate leads.
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare quotes, order confirmations, deliveries and invoices in the ERP system.
  • Monitor deliveries in close coordination with Purchasing and Logistics departments.
  • Issue export and shipping documents in compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and general administrative tasks.
  • Support sales managers in market analysis and business development activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and tax regulations.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales outreach.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English and basic German language skills.

Bonus points for

  • Italian, Spanish language skills.
  • Industry-related experience.
