Inside Sales Specialist – Pharma – DACH Market – Home Office

Location: Remote – you can be based anywhere in Germany (or in Ireland)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Job type: Permanent, Full time

Salary: Depending on Experience, up to 60,000€ base per annum, plus 10,000€ bonus

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong, positive, productive relationships with customer accounts including product end-users, management and purchasing contacts.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport.
• Provide technical information and explanations.
• Engage with existing customers and qualified sales leads following the entire sales cycle from beginning to closing the sales process including point of order receipt.
• Provide customers with pricing information, create, and submit individualized quotations.

Profile / Requirements / Skills:

• Fluency in German (to C2 level) and English (to C1 level)
• Degree or relevant work experience in pharma sector and sales skills/business administration or similar discipline
• Experience of selling to DACH-Market customers is a must
• Dynamic, personable, self‑motivated and possessing a strong work ethic.

Location: You can be based anywhere in Germany or in Ireland (fully remote role), and you will be working closely with teams in Ireland, Germany, the US and France.
