Installation DACH and Emerging Markets Lead (m/w/d)

Dematic is hiring for a Installation Lead responsible for all installation resourcing activities including profit and loss in utilization from DACH and Emerging Markets, defining details in the implementation of strategies for effective and efficient working of the team to industry leading standards.

Leading the balancing and deployment of resources across the execution area assigned training and developing the installation capability in accordance with the wider EMEA Operations Strategy.

Develop a network of relationships across Dematic both functionally and with individuals that are crucial to the effective implementation of Installation improvement projects to ensure successful implementation in execution. Undertake personal research and tooling analysis and tactical review in collaboration with the team to enhance the execution of projects and support Installation through organizational change. Retain a curious and inquisitive disposition for enhancing delivery excellence. Maintain and improve upon personal skills related to the position, through experience and training.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead the Installation resources in DACH and Emerging Markets, who are grouped under team leads.
• Celebrate and elevate the One Dematic safety culture.
• Establish project dashboard, risk analysis and mitigation actions. Successfully leading actions to produce agreed, targeted improvements and KPI’s, demonstrating achievement over an agreed period before formal adoption to the standard.
• Validation of installation suppliers, and responsible to prepare specifications for installation to be given to procurement.
• Monthly forecast and budget.
• Implementation of cross EMEA initiatives in collaboration with other functional leads.
• Generate initiatives for improvement, including strategic such as remote labour, training and alignment with Global Installation practises.
• Be aligned with Ops BU leader in project priorities and ensuring the quality of the installation.
• Execution of project Installation on budget and on time.
• Coordinate, promote and monitor the implementation of a standardized and consistent installation process aligned to the EMEA strategy.

Knowledge & Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within site operations.
• Demonstrates visionary leadership qualities and values including proactivity, influence, collaboration, inclusion, critical decision-making, and conflict management.
• Excellent knowledge of multi-disciplined operational functions and principles, including Finance, Customer Service, Production, and Employee Management.
• Ability to set and share a compelling strategic vision that is understood and embodied by the wider function.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum business efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to streamline and implement structures and roles that enhance the speed and efficiency of the operation while supporting rapidly shifting project business demands.
• Advanced working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
• Encompasses the values and objectives of the Deprom and One Dematic processes.

Fluency in the English language and experience managing international teams.
