Associates will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. They will effectively plan and execute analysis, identify core issues, and craft suitable recommendations. Associates work side by side with clients at all levels and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.
Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who run projects day to day. They lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution, ensuring that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. This role demands thought leadership at the strategic level and command over all technical and operational details of execution. Engagement Managers must have great communication skills, forge strong relationships, manage the client at all levels within projects, and be part of the business development team.
