Your Contribution to Our Team

• Assist our clients actively in the field by advising on insurance, building savings, asset accumulation, and capital investments.
• Identify and respond to customer needs and inquiries.
• Manage a fixed customer base and attract new clients to Debeka.

What You Can Expect

• Practical training: Learn the fundamentals of insurance in our branches and gain comprehensive insights into your profession.
• Study at ADG Business School: Collaborate with our partner university to acquire the necessary expertise and theoretical knowledge in insurance management. Earn a recognized Bachelor of Arts degree. Typical coursework includes sales management, insurance law, leadership, and business skills.
• Mentoring program: Be guided by experienced colleagues offering valuable tips and support.
• Personal development: We promote your strengths and support your individual growth alongside professional training.
• Qualification measures and thorough preparation for IHK exams. Earn two qualifications (Bachelor of Arts and Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk) within three years.
• Competitive remuneration (as of , paid 14 times annually):
• 1st year: €1,205/month
• 2nd year: €1,282/month
• 3rd year: €1,370/month
