The Opportunity
My client is bringing together two powerhouse companies across Europe and Southern Africa to build a next-generation, end-to-end business in the Medical Cannabis sector.
Business 1: (Europe-based) brings strong pharmaceutical development capabilities, regulatory expertise, and an established distribution network. It works closely with physicians and pharmacies and also operates patient-facing clinics, giving it deep access to key European markets and a strong commercial and regulatory footprint.
Business 2: (Southern Africa-based) is a leading EU-GMP certified cultivator and extractor of medical cannabis, with large-scale production capacity, a strong quality focus, and a proven track record of supplying global markets reliably and at scale.
Together, they are merging to form a fully integrated platform that connects every part of the value chain. From cultivation and extraction through to pharma development, regulatory execution, and direct patient access across multiple international markets.
