We are seeking a (Senior) Integration Specialist (m/f/d) for an innovative, Munich-based scale-up in the E-commerce and Data Analytics space. Our client provides a cutting‑edge, privacy‑compliant marketing attribution platform that empowers businesses to make informed decisions through accurate, trustworthy data.
Your Mission
In this role, you are not just a support agent; you are the technical architect of our customers' success. You will own the end-to-end technical onboarding and integration for new clients, acting as the primary coordinator between their systems and our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Onboarding: Act as the primary technical contact, managing the full integration lifecycle for new customers.
- 2nd-Level Support: Reproduce issues, analyze raw events, and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks before escalating to engineering.
- Solution Design: Prepare feasibility assessments and solution concepts for custom client requests, including pricing input.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery and continuous product improvement.
- Knowledge Transfer: Optimize future implementations by transferring learnings and best practices across different client cases.
Your Profile
We are looking for a methodical, detail‑oriented professional who values direct communication and extreme ownership.
Must-Haves:
- Integration Experience: Proven track record in website or shop integrations using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Adobe, GA).
- Customer Centricity: Experience in customer‑facing technical onboarding or solution architecture.
- Language: Native‑level English (C1+) is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in a fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environment.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation tasks.
- Experience with CRM system administration.
