Intelligence Security Cooperation Desk Officer

The Opportunity: Bring your foreign engagement and combatant command expertise to work on projects for the client. Maintain strategic and operational relationships and interact at a senior level across the Department of War (DoW). Conduct strategic Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE)-wide planning and coordination for military intelligence cooperation and engagements with partner agencies. Guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver. Communicate understanding of the National Security and Military Strategies, as well as Defense Intelligence issues to further partner engagement objectives. Facilitate partner engagement activities using judgment in interpreting policies, directives, regulations, and procedures guiding partner engagement. Plan engagement activities with only general guidance and direction from supervisors. Advise on engagement activity to comply with policy, strategic direction, and intent.

You Have

• 5+ years of experience supporting DoW and DoS agencies, including as an intelligence analyst
• 3+ years of experience with the oversight of security cooperation programs in Europe, including training and equipping partners and assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of security cooperation programs
• Experience working in the USEUCOM AOR, including Eastern European countries
• Experience working across cross-functional teams to include country teams and the wider Defense Intelligence Enterprise
• Knowledge of USEUCOM campaign and country plans
• Knowledge of the roles and relationships between DoW agencies
• Ability to travel both within and externally of USEUCOM AOR up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications

• Defense Security Cooperation University level 1 or 2 Certification

Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
