The Role
ClearOps is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Munich-based company temporarily. This role will cover for our current UX/UI designer goingonpaternity leave. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of design experience working with cross-functional product development teamsbuildingdigital products. It isa great opportunityforanjunior to mid-level designer to get real world experience working witha great teamof experienced Product Managers and Engineers in a fun, dynamic environment.

• 40hrs per week
• Minimum4 monthcommitment (potential to turn into afull timerole)
• Availableimmediately
• Ability to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

• OwnendtoendUX/UI design of product features within the existing product roadmap
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, andhighfidelityUI for complex B2B workflows
• Deliverproductionreadydesign specs (including layouts, interactions, edge cases) to engineering
• Iterate on existing features based on user feedback, engagement data, and product strategy
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to clarify requirements, scope, and tradeoffs
• Participate in sprint rituals to align design work with delivery timelines
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability tests tovalidateand refine design
• Apply and extend the existing design system to ensure consistency across the platform

Who You Are:

• UX/UI Designer with 1–3years experience
• StrongproficiencyinFigma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Experience working with and extending design systems
• Experience designingdigital products and/or SaaS applications
• Ability to simplifycomplex workflows into intuitive UX
• Experience collaborating closely withproduct and engineering teams
• Experience running user research and usability tests with end users
• Demonstrateddata-informed product design(e.g.Amplitude or similar tools)
