Your mission that drives sustainability in logistics

You make sure our door-to-door transports run smoothly—even when things change last minute. You balance demand and capacity, secure additional spot capacity when needed, and keep customers proactively informed. Your goal: fewer empty miles and reliable daily operations.

Your tasks:

• Check dailydemand vs. available capacity (by direction/corridor).
• Coordinate closely withtruck dispatch so plans work end-to-end.
• If capacity is missing, source spot transports viaTIMOCOM andTransporeon .
• If we can’t serve a load directly, find a suitable partner and supportonboarding .
• Trackspot rates and react to market changes.
• Bookappointments/time slots together with the Truck Dispatcher.
• Monitor shipmentsin real time and step in when issues occur.
• Keep customersproactively updated and communicate clearly during incidents.
• ProvideKPI updates and follow up on open items.
• Prepare invoices for accounting and supportinvoice clarifications/disputes .

Your Background & Skills

Must-have

• Experience inlogistics , dispatch/transport operations, or operational customer service.
• You stay organized under pressure and make practical decisions.
• Clear communication skills.
• German: good |English: very good

Nice to have

• Experience withTIMOCOM /Transporeon (or similar tools).
• Basic commercial understanding (documents, invoices, disputes).
• Additional European languages.
