In our Compliance Monitoring team, you’ll work on innovative approaches to improve processes in Anti‑Money Laundering and Sanctions Screening . You will help us question existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop prototypes that make our daily operations more efficient and scalable.

What you'll be doing

• Develop small tools and automation scripts (Python) to simplify or speed up AML/Sanctions processes
• Evaluate practical use cases for AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) within Compliance workflows
• Analyze data patterns and support the interpretation of alerts
• Prototype and test new ideas — from initial concept to proof‑of‑concept
• Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts, IT specialists, and data teams

What you'll need to succeed

Must Haves:

• Enrolled in a quantitative degree program: Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Quantitative Finance, or similar
• Strong Python skills (ideally including Pandas, Regex, API handling, simple process automation)
• A natural talent for logical thinking, pattern recognition, and structured problem‑solving
• Interest in Compliance, regulatory frameworks, risk analysis , and modern technology
• Curiosity, initiative, and a hands‑on mindset
• First experience with AI/LLM models (prompting, OpenAI, embeddings, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases
