- Research the effectiveness and flexibility of a proposed processor paradigm for accelerating DSP workloads
- Estimate its key implementation constraints such as area and power on ASIC technologies
- Evaluate its scalability and integrability into existing ASIC DSP architectures
- Help guide the selection process for design features such as core counts given chip-scale requirements
- Ongoing Master studies in Electrical Engineering or comparable field of studies
- Good knowledge of processor architectures, and DSP fundamentals
- Good programming skills, preferably in Python and VHDL/Verilog
- Enjoys working as part of a team and autonomously
- Good communication skills in English and German
