Intern – Laboratory Automation / Engineering Support (Chinese Speaking)

We are seeking a motivated student intern (m/f/d) to support our technical support team in the field of laboratory automation and digital solutions for life science applications .

What you will do

• Support communication between customers and internal team in project environments
• Assist in software testing, installation, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory automation systems
• Help prepare product presentations and user training materials
• Collect user feedback and support documentation for ongoing projects
• Contribute to coordination tasks in integrated engineering projects

What you bring

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering or a related field
• At least in the 3rd semester (preferably Master level)
• Availability for a full-time internship (35–40h/week) for at least 3 months
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Basic technical understanding or strong interest in engineering systems and software applications
• Interest in laboratory automation, life sciences, or digital engineering solutions
• Structured working style, quick learning ability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable approach
