Intern (m/f/d) in the area of Corporate Occupational Health and Safety-Maturity Assessment

Overview

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) in Bonn for 3 to 5 months with a focus on Corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a maturity assessment.

Responsibilities

• We set guidelines for occupational health and safety (OHS) within DHL Group.
• We develop improvement strategies for occupational health and safety (OHS) in cooperation with the OHS Committee.
• We monitor and support the implementation of OHS processes in the divisions.
• We represent the OHS Committee on the OPS Board.
• You will support the Corporate OHS team in international day-to-day business, mainly through your own project for the development of a maturity self-assessment, including the design of an intuitive user interface, development of an overall concept and consolidation of existing templates/approaches.
• You will participate in global calls, meetings and workshops (travel if required).

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (BA/MA) in economics, psychology, business psychology, occupational health and safety, business informatics or similar
• An appetite for challenging tasks and taking on responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical and structured approach
• Very good language skills in German and English
• PC skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Relevant practical experience is an advantage
• Very independent, motivated and reliable approach
