In doing so, you will be involved in the Sustainability Communication and Programs department. You will take on sub-projects in the international field, among other things, and thus support our GoTeach program.GoTeach pursues the goal of improving the career opportunities of disadvantaged young people worldwide and thereby promoting sustainable individual and social development together with partners, such as SOS Children''s Villages or Teach For All in our more than 80 partner countries. You will support and accompany the development and further development of existing projects both strategically and in operational implementation. We rely on you to play an active role in the team and support us in the internal and external communication of our projects and initiatives.Assist in the creation and implementation of the communication strategy for the GoTeach program including the creation of social media content, campaigns, videos, presentations, etc.Support in setting up the platform and information landscape for the GoTeach program, e.g. Mentoring HUB, intranet pagesSupport in the implementation of our Mentoring4Integration program (e.g. organizing events, matching process, communication with participants, etc.)Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, events, conferences, and other engagement activities, collect data, and support GoTeach reportingConducting benchmark research on sustainability and identifying successful procedures/best practicesYour profileMandatory internship or completed bachelor''s degree, gap year or current master''s degreeIdeally a degree in communication, marketing, sustainabilityInitial knowledge of content marketing, digital communication & creative writing styleVery good communication skillsVery good German, both written and spoken;Very good written and spoken English; Extended language skills are an advantageTrained in the use of MS Office, e.g. SharePoint, MS TeamsInitial knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or comparable softwareGood strategic thinking and skillsTeam player and organizational talent with an independent way of workingThorough research skills and database managementYour benefitsthe opportunity to gain an insight into the corporate citizenship activities and the network of a large international company and gain valuable experience at a global corporate headquarters.
