At Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) we have one goal: create low-cost, flexible and reliable access to space. We specialize in the creation of small launcher solutions designed for deploying satellites into Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and beyond. Your Tasks

• Provide general support to our propulsion team to design, build, and test rocket propulsion systems
• Investigate and troubleshoot development and production issues, and implement solutions
• Work with engineers to design flight hardware
• Perform component and system level testing of propulsion hardware
• Own the design and development of equipment for test facilities and engine production
• Learn every day from a team of experienced rocket propulsion engineers to build your knowledge and skills

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing bachelor or master’s studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a similar discipline
• Familiarity with aerospace propulsion systems and related technologies
• Very strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to personally design, build and test hardware
• Self‑independent and a structured way of working
• Eager to take on new challenges, learn, and deliver exceptional results
• Fluent oral and written English (all day‑to‑day activities are performed in English)
