It really is all about the people.
The screening / introduction round is focused on assessment of a candidate’s basic qualifications and determining whether the candidate is a good fit for the role and the company.
The team round is focused on the candidate’s subject‑matter know‑how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate subject‑matter knowledge.
This optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills. As part of the optional task round, the candidate will be given a home task to solve within a specified timeframe, which they will need to complete and send back to the hiring team for evaluation.
The management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role from a strategic company‑fit point of view. Moreover, it is an opportunity for the candidate to learn more about the company’s culture and vision.
