Our team at the BMW Group supports MINI marketing managers in consulting international markets and shaping innovative marketing strategies. Here, you will gain valuable insights into international marketing planning and contribute to the success of the MINI brand.

What awaits you?

• You will support the conception, development, and steering of international marketing planning.
• Additionally, you help to integrate marketing tools for data-based marketing analysis.
• Moreover, you assist in implementing and evaluating key performance indicators along the marketing funnel.
• In addition, you contribute to the preparation and refinement of measures and reports to enhance the customer experience.
• Furthermore, you support the planning and coordination of market workshops and international marketing meetings.
• Serving as a communication interface between central marketing stakeholders and international markets rounds off your role.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for international environments.
• Passion for marketing and interest in performance-driven marketing and customer journeys.
• Analytical skills and affinity for data analysis and KPIs.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business fluency in English.
