INTERN (M/W/DIV.) – REAL ESTATE

We are currently looking for interns to join and support the FalkenSteg team in our real-estate activities.

You will be part of small project teams with flat hierarchies, where you will be given close guidance by our experienced partners
You will experience a steep learning curve with significant deal exposure
You will work pragmatically with a solution‑centric approach in line with the hands‑on mentality we uphold
You will strengthen and expand your skills in property marketing, property valuation, asset management and property restructuring in the contexts of project management, investor communication, due diligence, finance and insolvency law

Supporting project managers with real‑estate transactions
Property‑specific and investor‑specific research activities
Conducting financial and property analysesWorking with colleagues to draft expert reports
Preparing for and attending meetings with investors
Assisting with and managing due‑diligence processes
Working on internal company development projects

You have successfully completed at least four academic semesters for a degree in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme involving real estate
Previous experience from relevant work placements in the property market or financial sector preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
Keen interest in properties in critical situations
Analytical and structured approach to work
Team player, self‑directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)

Deep project involvement – as a full‑fledged team member from day one, you will be part of real‑estate transactions from client acquisition to closing
