We have exciting opportunities for you as:

Work on real projects and tasks within our Marketing department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany to work as part of the European Marketing team.

Starting from March 2026 - Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).

Requirements

  • Enrolled throughout the whole internship period in a university within the European Union.
  • Valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany.
  • Recommendation to complete a six‑month internship for sufficient learning time.

Your Mission

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of press car orders and logistics for marketing events.
  • Support the preparation of vehicles for press launches, media drives, and other automotive events.
  • Maintain a detailed calendar of vehicle‑related projects, ensuring timely availability for press and all Marketing department related activities.
  • Monitor the status of press car orders, from ordering to delivery and final use, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance (administrative).
  • Coordinate arrival, preparation, and logistical support for press vehicles at various events.
  • Manage supplier relations, including sourcing external vendors and coordinating internal resources.
  • Manage the fleet of vehicles for product presentations, media tests, and campaign projects.
  • Organize and ensure all vehicles are maintained, repaired, and available for specific projects or media tests.
  • Work closely with product PR teams to facilitate media presentations and spokesperson training sessions.
  • Participate in media analysis and reporting, assisting with press coverage and flash media reports.
  • Support event planning, including vehicle‑related requirements such as equipment, spare parts, and infrastructure.

Your Talents

  • Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Basic understanding of car models and an interest in technical specifications and vehicle preparation.
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with and across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
  • Valid and clean driver’s license.
