Intern Real Estate – Asset Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies
• Prepare and monitor budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
• Conduct cash flow analyses
• Perform market and tenant research
• Create internal and external templates and presentations for decision‑making bodies
• Prepare and analyse reports (e.g., lease durations, payment arrears, rental income, etc.)
• Handle general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in a business‑related or economics‑oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
