Your tasks

• Preparation of offers and invoices
• Handling of ordering processes
• Order processing (from offer to invoice)
• Handling logistics
• Procurement of IT hardware for Blaser Swisslube GmbH
• Interface to external IT in case of hardware-related problems
• Coordination tasks within the internal sales department
• Safety officer (occupational safety)

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in internal sales (invoicing, logistics, ordering)
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.), Outlook
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills (C1-C2)
