Internal Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • You are creating projects and preparing quotations in the ERP system and are responsible to review and validate offers.
  • You handle order management (commercial review of incoming purchase orders and entry into the ERP system) and act as the point of contact for the customer.
  • You maintain customer and pricing data in the ERP system to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Together with the technical departments and the legal team, you contribute to the development and implementation of standardized quotation processes for all knoell entities worldwide.
  • You support the technical departments with any questions regarding the quotation process at knoell
  • Degree in natural sciences or completed vocational training in a biological or chemical technical field, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree in business administration or commercial training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Interest in learning new subject areas (basic scientific knowledge) and a quick grasp of new concepts
  • Strong affinity for working with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness, and a high standard of quality
  • Excellent team and communication skills combined with a strong service mindset
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
