Your role & responsibilities

• Advising our clients via phone and email in German and English
• Presenting our products & services related to trademarks & IP
• Creating tailored offers and actively following up on them
• Handling inquiries in a confident, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
• Building long-term client relationships
• Working closely with our legal and administrative teams

What you bring along

• Very good German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
• A genuine interest in sales, consulting, and legal servicesli>
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• A hands-on mindset, flexible thinking, and the motivation to take responsibility
• A structured way of working and a good instinct for customer needs
• First experience in sales or customer service is a plus – but not a requirement
