(Internal) SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA Transformation specialist

HRIT People is currently supporting a global manufacturing organisation (Customer-Side / NOT CONSULTING) in its ongoing major international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

They are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead global rollout initiatives across the organisation and play a key role in shaping the future digital landscape of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a traditionally successful manufacturing business with ambitious transformation plans and strong long term growth.

The Role

You will take ownership of international SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries and business units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, managing and delivering global SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects
• Leading and coordinating international teams across IT, business units and external partners
• Optimising and adapting business processes during transformation initiatives
• Identifying and mitigating project risks across complex global programmes
• Providing regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and the CIO

What They Are Looking For

• Proven experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud technologies
• Broad integration knowledge across SAP landscapes
• Experience managing international teams and stakeholders
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Fluent English and German
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• Experience from consulting environments or capital goods or manufacturing sectors is particularly valuable.
