International Brand / Junior Brand Manager (m/f/d)

International Communication Development

• You support the creation and global rollout of centralized social‑media and communication content.
• You contribute to major brand campaigns, including the Taste Desirability initiative and refreshment category campaigns (e.g., Limo/Limonada).
• You handle communication tasks such as content adaptations, buy‑out rights, and cut‑downs while collaborating closely with international teams.

International Innovation & Portfolio Development

• You help develop new product concepts, recipes and packaging for the Limo line and other refreshment innovations.
• You support the modernization and international harmonization of the refreshment portfolio (Fresh, Schorle, Limonada, Limo), including naming and design updates.
• You contribute to insight‑driven innovation projects that shape future product ranges.

Core Business & Adjacent Category Support

• You work on core business initiatives, including developing concepts and recipes for new flavor innovations.
• You help grow the Adult Refreshment Platform by creating new mocktail variants and improving the design to position the range as a modern non‑alcoholic socializing option.

Brand & Project Management Support

• You organize and coordinate international core team meetings.
• You support planning and managing the international marketing budget.
• You collaborate in the creation of international brand strategy presentations.
