Which information do we record?
During the application process you have to transmit certain personal data and information to us. When you register in the applicant’s portal, we initially save your first and last names as well as your email address. You then receive a registration confirmation by email. By transmitting your CV to us you provide additional personal data (work and academic background, employment and salary requests). We treat the personal user data in the strictest of confidence and do not pass it on.

When transmitting your application documents by email, they are exported automatically and entered in our applicant management system. All documents provided (covering letter, CV, certificates and other documents) as well as the information that they contain are stored.

If you provide your application documents in person or by post, we initially digitise them and then enter them into our applicant management system. We promptly return the original documents.

Impermissible content

You are solely responsible for the content of the texts provided. Please ensure that you do not send us file attachments with viruses or worms. Personal data that you provide to us should not contain the following:

The applicant portal of the Sysmex Group is operated by concludis GmbH, Frankfurterstrasse 561, 51145 Cologne. The website is hosted on a dedicated server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Stuttgarter Str. 1 in 91710 Gunzenhausen. These companies therefore also process the data you send.

To whom is personal data sent?

Your application data is exclusively used in the Sysmex Group for the purposes of applications. The data is not forwarded to third parties. On presentation of your application documents we might check whether alternative posts are vacant in the Sysmex group and will also contact you about these posts.

For how long is your personal data stored?

Your personal data is only stored for as long as necessary, whereby all applicable statutory requirements are met (in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)). If you have applied for a particular vacancy and we want to store your personal data for future vacancies, we will always ask for your consent in advance.

If there is no consent to store your application documents for a longer period, your profile and personal data are automatically deleted 90 days after the end of your application process (or the last process for parallel applications).

We are entitled to manually delete your data in full or in part at any time without stating the reasons for this.
