Your responsibilities

  • Strategic management, development, and acquisition of international key accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty
  • Development and implementation of joint business plans, growth strategies, and customer-specific measures
  • Management of tenders, product launches, upselling initiatives, and contract negotiations
  • Technical guidance and support for local key account managers, including continuous process optimization between headquarters and market organizations
  • Conducting performance analyses, forecasts, budget planning, and potential assessments
  • Coordinating complex customer requirements with the central departments of IT, logistics, product management, pricing, and research & development

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration or optometry
  • Several years of professional experience as a sales or key account specialist, preferably in the optical industry or at an international corporation, with a proven track record in negotiations, new customer acquisition, and sales
  • Extensive experience with international decision-making and procurement structures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in English; other foreign languages are desirable
  • Willingness to travel frequently, intercultural competence, and an affinity for products that require explanation
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strong analytical and conceptual mindset, and a confident demeanor
