This Is You

• Strong communication skills in both English and German (C1/C2) — able to navigate complex conversations and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and highly organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in executive support, international coordination, or project management is beneficial but not mandatory.
