Your opportunity

• Use our trainee program to become acquainted with Reifenhäuser at the company’s headquarters in Troisdorf and our other German sides.
• Learn about different processes by rotating through divisions such as sales, product management, project management, process engineering, and commissioning.
• Support our sales team with customer inquiries and quotations, attend customer meetings with our experienced Sales Managers, and work on your own assignments.
• Push your professional and personal development through regular feedback with your mentor and regularly review the progress of your Trainee Program and your satisfaction.
• Start learning German, or the primary language of your destination country, through intensive language training sponsored by the company.
• Upon successful completion of the programm, you will transition into a responsible permanent role within our regional sales unit in the USA.
• Finally, surpass yourself with exciting tasks and gradually develop into a management role.

Your profile

• Excellent engineering degree, ideally in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering or comparable studies.
• Practical experience gained during studies (e.g. internships) or first work experiences; first sales experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team environment within an international framework.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels.
• High degree of mobility and flexibility for an international assignment at our locations in Germany and willingness to permanently change to our regional sales unit.
