Internship eCRM Data Analytics— Germany, Düsseldorf, DX

As a CRM & Data Analytics intern, you will assist in the execution and optimization of CRM initiatives and analytics projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy, generate insights, and help improve customer journeys. This role requires curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.

What you´ll do

• Empower business users through the implementation of self‑service analytics tools in the CRM
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for new features and data products
• Act as a vital link between stakeholder teams and technical developers throughout project lifecycles
• Cultivate the ability to assess project viability, strategic alignment, and scalability for digital initiatives
• Build expertise in creating intuitive data visualizations and fostering a data‑driven culture
• Support the evaluation and prioritization processes that determine which digital solutions are developed and deployed

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, business administration, digital business, data science, information systems, economics, communication or a related field
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, digital strategy, systems and data analytics
• Familiarity with Excel and confidence in working with data
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
