Internship Global Procurement - Category Real Estate & Facility Services

What you’ll do

• Support global and local purchasing projects within indirect materials and services
• Contribute to tender preparation and execution (data collection, analysis, documentation)
• Support initiatives related to sustainability, circularity and digitalisation
• Prepare benchmarks, analyses and reports for global categories
• Analyse spend structures and supplier segmentation
• Support supplier implementation, transitions and process optimisation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor or Master student in business administration, economics, supply chain or a similar field
• Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
• Confident knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in purchasing, sustainability and digital transformation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, structured and able to work independently
• Team player with a hands‑on mindset
• Availability as of May 2026, ideally for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050 – 2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
