Internship - Global Project Management

Aufgaben:

The repairs project team is focused on the development and optimisation of repair processes, as well as digital repair solutions for ULDs. In IT, you will have the opportunity to actively develop digital solutions and make an impact by exploring complex digital challenges. At the end of your internship, you will have acquired insights in the basics of Project Management, strategy, Portfolio Management, and workshop facilitation, and supported with conceptualisation, analysation, experimenting, testing and implementation.

Support the team with analysis and documentation of existing processes and the creation of digital solution sketches and IT concepts. Collaborate to achieve a phased implementation and introduction of supporting systems and operational processes, including the testing, alignment and rollout activities. Coordinate project activities with stakeholders. Organise and facilitate project and solution development workshops and meetings. Track project objectives, such as timelines, scope, quality, and resources to ensure project success.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application). You can work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision while bringing your own ideas to the table. You excel at tracking deadlines and organising various tasks efficiently. You possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and inspire others. You are proficient in MS Office applications (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
