Internship in Aircraft Maintenance Project Management Start date: August 2026, Duration: 6 months

Tasks

Your internship will be located directly in the aircraft hangar and you will support projects and optimize existing processes together with colleagues from maintenance.

• You will learn the important role that processes and procedures play in aircraft maintenance
• You will learn how important the human factor and cooperation between departments is for these processes to work
• Your tasks will include project management in smaller projects at the site, supporting process analyses and process optimization and taking on tasks in day-to-day business

Requirements

Aircraft maintenance depends on the people who carry out these activities. For this reason, a high level of social competence is required in addition to analytical and conceptual skills.

• To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
• Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension and organizational talent
• Methodological competence in project management
• Strong initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fun and creativity in finding innovative solutions
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
