Internship IT Project Portfolio Management and Controlling

About this Position  Be part of an international organization and collaborate closely with colleagues from Shared Service Centers.
What you´ll do

• Work on controlling related projects to enhance financial reporting solution landscape and optimize respective processes
• Support projects during role out and operational phase (after launch)
• Facilitate ad-hoc controlling and data analysis
• Contribute to the optimization and improvement of IT project portfolio reporting structures e.g. enhancement of an IT project portfolio management tool, helping to streamline processes
• Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders throughout the IT Henkel organization and help organize and facilitate workshops
• Prepare communication materials and training documents to support change management

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed at least four semesters of business-related studies, ideally business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering
• First relevant work experience is desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken
  English
• Profound knowledge in Microsoft
  Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, PowerBI is a nice to have
• Team player with excellent
  communication and very strong analytical skills
• Pro-active mindset, out of the
  box thinking and high degree of performance orientation
• Starting date as of March 2026, duration 6 months
