We focus on translating biological complexity into practical, scalable products.

Your Role

In this paid internship, you will work at the interface of product development, engineering, and biology. Your focus will be on supporting the transition of our bioreactor systems from prototype to a robust, scalable product.

This role is less about running experiments—and more about understanding how systems come together.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of a bioreactor from prototype to series product
• Contribute to product management activities
• Assist in qualification activities (IQ/OQ) and structured product testing
• Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate technical findings into product requirements and decisions
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to align on system design

What You Bring

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Cell Biology or similar
• Strong interest in product development at the interface of cell biology and technical systems
• Ability to think in systems
• Structured and analytical working style
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sense of complex setups
• Strong communication skills in English and German

Nice to Have

• Exposure to bioreactor systems
• Exposure to cell therapy bioprocess workflows
• Basic understanding of qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) or regulated environments like cGMP
