Internship - Project Management for HR Digital Transformation Program (d/m/f)

General Information

In our Program HR.SALT we are in the driver's seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide. This includes several functional and cross‑functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and the company. A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available at the earliest possible time for a duration of 6 months.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in project scheduling, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation


• Supporting the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency


• Collecting and analyzing project data to support informed decision‑making and strategic planning


• Preparing project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment


• Coordinating meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes


• Contributing to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan


• Participating in system/module tests

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of Business Administration, IT, Communication Sciences or a comparable field


• Very good English skills written and spoken


• German language skills preferable


• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel


• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors preferable


• Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
